About the Artist
Alexis Stapovic is a 24 year old, self taught, graphic designer from Calgary Alberta. An aspiring makeup artist om her first life, she decided to try her hand at bringing some of her fresh view of and glamour to the faces and catwalks of Second Life.
The Influences
The influences stem from of a multitude of sources, from the natural world of plants, animals and nature, to the exotic wild color of broadway show girl musicals. From festive foreign carnivals to bold runway glamour. From punk rock to opera. From cowboys to fantasy. From the age of renaissance to the era of technology. All of it. Everything.
